Reserve your favourites ahead of time and collect them easily at the market.
• Friday Pick-Up from Snettisham
Place your order at least 3 days in advance and collect from Snettisham every Friday.

Tarator

Pumpkin Hummus
A harmonious blend of roasted pumpkin with the earthy depth of chickpeas, smoked paprika, and cumin, elevated by the brightness of lemon juice and the smoothness of olive oil. Lentil Kofte
Our Lentil Köfte are a testament to the artistry of Turkish cuisine. Crafted from the finest split red lentils, they are mixed with fragrant tomato paste, fine bulgur, and a harmonious blend of parsley, spring onion, cumin, and black pepper. Each bite offers a symphony of flavors, showcasing the culinary heritage and dedication to quality ingredients


Saksuka
Şakşuka, a beloved dish in Turkish cuisine, features oven-roasted aubergine, paprika peppers, potatoes and Çarliston peppers. These delightful vegetables are then combined with a rich garlic-infused tomato sauce, A light and healthy option, Şakşuka can be enjoyed hot or cold. It also serves as a fantastic breakfast alternative by heating in a pan and adding eggs on top
